Default CFC AGM August 25th through September 1st, 2019 Incoming and Outgoing Voting Members

After some discussion the AGM has been moved from the proposed July time frame to its more usual late August frame August 25th through September 1st, 2019.

We will be dealing with the timing of ratings for selecting the Women's Olympiad team so that the Women's Zonal is taken into account. An agenda will follow shortly.

    Question question(s)

Will there be a report on the website and the Chess Canada magazine?

I'm thinking they would be good discussion items, at least.

I think we need to have the financials before we can offer any options to deal with those two pressing items. We have the revenues but we also need the expenses to get the complete financial picture.

We need to resolve the ongoing issues with the website certainly. On the news magazine maybe we need to have a more frequent smaller supplementary publication which can complement the current offering.
