A question or two, out of curiosity:

Has anyone ever proposed that there be some sort of a non-Executive CFC officer in charge of Senior member's interests? Regardless, would doing so nowadays absolutely require that the CFC pay the federal government some sort of a fee, if the feds deem to view it as a change to the CFC's constitution?

No one has made such a proposal but given the composition of the voting members and CFC board, I would say seniors are well represented if you are talking about those 60 years and up.

It is possible to add as an agenda item "Chess Canada News".

CCN issues gradually became larger and less frequent, and seem to have stopped altogether. The last issue was, if I recall correctly, about 18 months ago.
