My apologies to all of you - I have cancelled the original vote as I erred and only gave you 7 of 8 candidates.

What this means is that if you previously voted your votes are cancelled and you need to vote again

My most particular apologies to Mr Ilia Bluvshtein who was omitted from the original list of candidates.

The National Appeals Committee is made up of 5 members so you can vote for up to FIVE candidates (though you are NOT required to and can vote for less if desired). What you can't do is vote for more than 5 and anyone found to do so will have all their votes cancelled.

Again my apology for this SNAFU.
