Here's the wiki on the legal history of cannabis (weed) in Canada:

On a lighter note(?!), here's the wiki for dates predicted for apocalyptic events; failed predicted dates (many) and future predicted ones are included (some of these are 'scientific', rather than religious ones):

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o...alyptic_events

Oddly, unless I missed it, the above link apparently neglects to make any mention of physicist Sir Isaac Newton's religious views:

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Religi...f_Isaac_Newton

Here's the wiki on Nostradamus; note that towards the end, it's stated that his famous book never mentioned anywhere that the world would end:

A wiki on the recent provincial New Brunswick squeaker election results; the Liberal government could easily change hands after the first sitting (I'd guess in that case it may not mean too much for the Federal Liberals in the way of consequences, except for, once again, one less friendly premier to them perhaps):

Here's a brief wiki on the USMCA agreement recently negotiated; I'm not sure what Canada gained that it didn't already have, as opposed to what we gave up:

Here's a lengthy wiki on the 2018 Quebec provincial election that just took place; included are fairly in depth explanations of each of the main party's positions during the campaign:

Out of curiosity, and partly in an effort to get these things out there once and for all (out here, that is), I decided to Google "Wikipedia religion global warming politics Donald Trump". That is, when all else failed, I've gone after every major hot button issue Vlad and I brought up earlier in this thread, but that we've hardly touched as yet, to see what the top search result would be. Here it is (all topics in search term that I used are mentioned in the following link, however briefly):

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United...aris_Agreement
There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy.

Here's the wiki re: music considered the worst. I'd take some of the choices (or omissions) on this list with a grain of salt, myself (e.g. some Beatles album/songs made it[!]); there's links provided at the end to e.g. films considered the worst:

According to the media, the IPCC panel says we basically have 12 years to save the world from global warming (yes, that term's back in use, instead of climate change ) - a date that's conveniently just beyond the fringe, and likely to be forgotten by most once we get there:

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Specia...of_1.5_%C2%BAC

Here's a link to a sub-wiki that gives (IMO left-leaning) Wikipedia's grudgingly brief description of (some) criticism of carbon taxation (aka wealth redistribution, at least some would say):

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carbon...ies_with_taxes

Rather than so-called 'Global Warming' being the sum of all our major problems to solve, it's likely it'll be necessary that God will intervene (probably massively) to save us from ourselves, and from the evil one that's egging many of us on unawares, way before 2030.

[edit: Below is a link to a CFC forum blog entry of mine re: my own (currently very unorthodox) Christian beliefs & experiences:]
