Jeff had told me a couple of years ago he wanted to transfer to Finland (his mother was/is of Finnish origin), and asked me what procedures he would have to go through. I told him to contact the CFC and/or Hal Bond. I hadn't heard back on the subject until now.

The CFC was contacted and we had no objections to the transfer. We would like to see him playing again.
