In the Youth Fund accounting I believe that either we are missing $500 from the WYCC coach honorariums or it somehow got mixed in with some of the other accounts. Also the NAYCC payment for Aris was for assistant HOD. The HOD, Victoria Jung-Doknjas also received a $300 payment. We will have to issue revised numbers to reflect these payments.

[Edit: This statement is incorrect. HOD Victoria Jung-Doknjas did not receive $300.]

I believe that is the company that provided the team shirts though I thought the name was slightly different.

Memberships are somewhat flat and slightly down with the decline coming from juniors based on our conversation. Bob will hopefully have the numbers for January 1st shortly.

    Thank you, Fred!

I think, this line from the Notes need clarification:

    Less: recognized as revenue (38,396) -‐ (76,740) (1,400) (116,536)

Could you please provide breakdown for every number?

    Olympic Donations: (38,396) = ???

    Youth CC Program: (76,740) = ???

    Kalev Pugi Program: (1,400) = ???
    Thanks,
    Michael Barron

I'm not sure why we do things this way but it is consistent with how the CFC has done its financial statements since I have been involved or interested. The $38,396 would be the total spent on the Olympiad. I'm not sure if that includes the sponsorship for the players. I would guess that it does. We had a net Olympiad shortfall of $6591 not counting the FIDE fees of 840 euros which appear in the January statement for FIDE.

The $76740 number includes the expenses for WYCC and the North American YCC. It also includes payments made to the organizers for entry fees and hotels and accommodation for accompanying persons, coaches, heads of delegation and extra players. It probably does not yet include the FIDE fees (1400 euros for WYCC, ) which appear in our January 2015 statement from FIDE.
