Chris, I see a thread 19a, but where is the main thread 19?

Question Tournaments for the 2014-2015 season?

Could someone please post a list of the major Ontario tournaments for the coming year, and who is or will be the main organizer for those events? I'm thinking specifically of the Ontario Open, but this may also include events such as an Ontario Closed, and Ontario Junior championship, an Ontario Women's Championship, etc, assuming such events exist. Thank you.

The ones that typically receive support are the Open and the OYCC. There have not been many Closed or Juniors in my memory although support is available.

We also IIRC support the OHSCC.

I would like to see the Ontario Girls Championship added to the list of OCA supported events?

I don't think so if it gets into a budget:
    1. It would dilute financial help to other ones.
    2. The OYCC has girls sections.
