    The headings are displaced by 1 column. WNE means "why not eligible", and NEG means "not enough games"

    "why not eligible" doesn't make any obvious sense to me at first glance as the meaning of WNE. Can anyone explain why it would, if "why not eligible" is the correct interpretation of WNE?
