I accidently voted that I am Incoming (but not Outgoing) Governor. In fact it is the opposite. My apologies, and I hope this causes no great problem for anyone.

Kevin, I think I can fix your vote.

Also, to those who have already seen this thread, I updated the first post slightly.

Unfortunately, I must now be out of town for 4 days, so I think I will miss any voting. Good luck to those accepting nominations, and hope the rest of the AGM goes well.

    What happened to our agenda?

    Originally announced was:
2 days for the outgoing meeting (June 4,5)
1 day for any voting matters of the outgoing board and elections for the incoming board (June 6)
2 days for incoming meeting (June 7,8)
1 day for voting pertaining to the incoming meeting (June 9).
The CFC AGM will start the next day (the 10th).

But now it's June 13th, half the agenda items are still empty ...

To recap the meeting so far:

Volunteers for the incoming executive are:

    President: Chris Mallon
    Treasurer: Brett Campbell
    Secretary: ?
    VP - GTCL: Evgeni Tobolovsky
    VP - EOCA: Aris Marghetis
    VP - SWOCL: Bob Gillanders
    VP - NOCL: ?

All leagues have submitted their list of incoming governors, except NOCL.

So, we are waiting to hear from NOCL and for a brave soul to step forward and fill the secretary spot.
Outgoing President Rob Clark started the meeting, and has handed over chairing the meeting to Chris Mallon.
Treasurer Campbell has done a Treasurers report, I've seen it, so I would invite him to return and post his report.

Other than that, this meeting has been as exciting as watching paint dry.

    Items for future discussions:

    Clear rules for equipment rentals.
    Financial reports from funded tournaments.
    Burlington status (GTCL or SWOCL).
