The CFC Regular Chess Post – May 2/13 - The 5th Canadian Forces Chess Championship.

Location: Quebec City.
26 players from all around Canada are registered for this 6-round team-individual swiss tournament that will crown the Canadian Forces champion (military personnel and civilian working for our national defense), the top retired and the best base team.
Commander (Retired) Paul Leblanc from Victoria will be there to defend the title he earned for three consecutive years. Same for team Valcartier who is presenting a completely new team this year and will be facing strong opposition from Ottawa, Leitrim and London.
