    This is an on-going concern it seems... with the "talking" part of the meeting already more than half done, we are still missing 5 out of 12 reports. These should be submitted to the chair and posted immediately at the start of the meeting. Especially since we don't even have 3 1/2 days of discussion before any votes start, and especially considering that this meeting started on a holiday.

    On the topic of the timing of our meetings, the governors may wish to have them more closely align with our fiscal quarters, starting with an AGM running in May to correspond with the fiscal yearend of April 30. Otherwise, we can continue with the schedule as laid out in the Handbook.

    In at least one case, the holidays have prevented the timely submission of a report, but it is coming. I do try to prod, but I cannot coerce reports.
