    Note: Changes from 2011-2 are that B.C., New Brunswick, Ontario and Quebec all have 1 more governor. Yukon Territory is entitled to 1 governor ( They were also last year, but a governor was never appointed ). So there are 37 + 3 Vacant prov. rep. governors this year, compared with 35 + 1 vacancy last year.

    2. The President, when elected, is no longer a Provincial Representative governor – on becoming president, he becomes a governor-at-large. He has the power to appoint a replacement governor for himself from his home Province.
