Executive Vice-President's report to be posted below

The RVP executive spots were created a few years ago to ensure some balance on the OCA executive between the leagues. Each league has an RVP (Regional Vice President) to represent them on the OCA executive. The process is working well and the OCA political process has found some new footings. It is very welcome news indeed that the entire non RVP executive are returning for a second term.

I'm not sure why we have an executive VP. Anyhow, it was me since I was the RVP from the same league as the President. Maybe the executive VP should be from a different league? I don't know. These questions give me a headache. Nevertheless, I am happy to pass the torch to some very capable hands.
