The Burlington Chess Club meets every tuesday evening at the Red Cross building off Guelph Line. The membership is steady with the occasional new member. The club offers CFC rated long games most weeks and the dues are $3 per week.
Rene Preotu maintains our website and I am now serving as TD. Rene also runs a very successful junior club at M.M. Robinson High School on thursdays. For more information, our website is

Windsor has a very active chess scene at the junior end of the spectrum. Adults, not so much. John Coleman maintains a website http://www.windsorchess.ca/ which documents the triumph and the agony of chess in the Windsor area.
I will just note that the Hamilton City Chess Club meets on Fridays between 6pm and 12am.
On Saturdays our juniors meet 10am to 11:30am.
