How come Bryan Lamb hasn't the FA title yet? He passed the exam last year and has arbited 6 tournaments since then. Do these events have to signed of by an IA? Does the CFC office have to be notified to apply to FIDE?

Bryan would need to initiate the process by contacting the CFC office. I am sure Gerry would be pleased to help him thru the paperwork.

Erik - give Bryan a nudge.
