    Directors-at-large: Bob Armstrong; 2 vacancies for executive to appoint.
    OCA GTCL Regional V-P: Zeromskis.
    8 GTCL CFC Governors: Barron; Bluvshtein; Birarov; Zeromskis; Armstrong; Nikolay Noritsyn; and Brian Fiedler. One vacancy with two possible candidates – Executive to appoint after contacting them.
