2/Early bird registration payment due 01.June with stamp date, For OYCC players will extent to 10.June mail out your cheque to have 175$. otherwise will be 225$
3/ Return policy, No Registration payment return unless family emergecy and Dr.'s note
4/ Renew CFC membership before 2011CYCC.

The 2011 CYCC Organizing Committee has the right to allow 3 local players into the CYCC (“Wild Cards”) per each category at its own discretion.

At this time the Organizing Committee is considering “Wild Cards” to be distributed among the players from the GTA who did not qualify through YCC’s or through any other method.

All players from the GTA who are interested please email your request to the Organizing Committee at 2011cycc@gmail.com

More players did not sent us registration form only cheque, make us very difficult to put them which provincial, qualification, play section.

1. No onsite registration, payment. Make sure you mail your payment and arrive in CYCC mailbox before 05.July. No Guarantee for paring if late registration and payment.
2. 15.June cut-off date for the bed room block, after midnight 15.June whatever rooms left from the block will be released back to the hotel inventory. If you call after today, the rooms will be based on availability.
3.The food policy is no one can eat in the hotel public area. All the food and beverage purchased from the hotel, Hotel will offer a designated area to eat. Pls pay attention : Outside food can not eat in Hotel public area
4.We will have Limited CYCC T-Shirt on site if any players, parents want to purchase pls order by 2011cycc@gmail.com or come to Registration desk on 05.July evening, first come, first serve.
