In France today, leader Vladimir Plotkin was held to a draw by Liviu-Dieter Nisipeanu. This leaves Plotkin still in the lead, now with 5.5/6 in the 11 round event.
There are 14 with 5 points including Nisipeanu. Some of the better names include Vallejo Pons, Zhigalko, Cheparinov, Zolotkin, Khismatullin, and Feller.
French GM Sebasient Feller was given a 5 year playing ban last week, by the French Chess Federation for cheating at the Olympics, but apparently was allowed to comepte while appealing the decision.
Tomorrow's round is followed by a rest day on Tuesday.
