The organizing committee is a collection of organizers from the Mississauga and Hamilton chess clubs. This is our first try at a national championship, so I hope we don't made too many rookie errors. We had a meeting last night to iron out the details. The initial announcement can be found on the Mississauga website. Additional details will be posted soon.

Some of the details we discussed last night were how do we accommodate players from distant places. We are making arrangements for hotel accommodations and shuttle services. It would be great if there was financial support from provincial associations for their players.
