I note that our new Women's Coordinator, Daxin ( Anna ) Jin, now is in attendance at this meeting. Since we now have a Women's Coordinator, I suggest to Bob G. that we add another agenda item under " new business " : Women's Chess In Canada .

This would allow the governors to present to Daxin some of their views on the issue of Canadian Women's chess, for her to consider as she takes up this volunteer non-executive officer position.

Bob G., as chair of the meeting, can I add this under new business?
