Due to a family emergency and a change of job Alexandre Lesiege will not be able to attend the Olympiad.
After consultation with the organizers of the Olympiad we have been allowed to make a substitution less than 10 days before the start of the event and after the final date for roster changes. I am pleased to announce that grandmaster Evgeny Bareev will be the replacement player. We are now in scramble mode making transportation arrangements.
I would like to thank Evgeny Bareev for stepping in, in our moment of need.
