Without a building to maintain these records, it becomes difficult to maintain continuity of those records. It is possible to scan all the records and keep them electronically but that takes a lot of time and effort in doing it, collating them and making sure they’re in an easily accessible format. Likely never to get done unless we have someone hired to do it. Not sure whether we could get a gov grant to get that done ? It seems to me that "all" the CFC's records should be kept for historical and practical purposes.
