4. Instructions / Questions/ Comments on the On-line Meeting Procedures

Questions on procedures go here - hopefully by our third meeting of the year we all know the drill!

Hi Lyle. I'm trying to post my Rating Auditor report but the only method seems to be "reply to thread". I notice the other reports have their own heading so I suspect I'm doing something wrong. Can you help?

If you click into go advance, you will get the option to add a title.

Any progress on a new poll for this meeting, involving a motion by Zeromskis/Armstrong that :

1. CFC establish the position of National Youth Coach;
2. that a Committee be established to develop an RFP for the position.??

This is needed in the light of the failure to bring forward our amending motion in this regard.

I can find nothing on the agenda, or the polls, that says when voting closes. The only thing I note is that the Meeting itself closes with the President's Address at 11:00 PM EDT (10:00 ET).

What is happening to the amendment/motion Egis and I filed at this meeting, and which was ignored so far, totally?

Thanks for attending this quarterly online meeting of the Governors.

Next meeting will be the AGM. (June 10 to 23, 2013 - inclusive)

The voting booth is now "officially" closed and the final results have been posted.

Seems to be some confusion as to what month we voted (no April fools joke).

Welcome to Michael von Keitz in the CFC Office as Executive Director effective May 1st (wow -- in just 3 weeks time)
