CYCC 2011 in the same time with PanAm Youth

I believe is to late to change the dates for CYCC. Maybe not just late but also unsafe in case FIDE decide to change it one more time.

In case some of the players will decide to go to PanAm, can they also go to WYCC (skipping CYCC)? Of course they will be responsible for the financial part of WYCC trip.

This is unfortunate... :(

First, we will try to clarify situation and avoid date conflict, if possible.
If it's impossible, I think, the official Canadian representatives at PanAm would be able to go to WYCC also.

I think this can be decided on a case by case basis.
