The Hamilton City Chess Club is pleased to announce a single day chess tournament on Saturday December the 13th. The entry fee is only 30 dollars; but, if you email us NOW you can pre register for the even lower price of $25.

And don't forget our next Friday Series Begins THIS Friday at the Hamilton City Chess Club. For this tournament we are only charging 3 dollars for rating fee and 3 for room rent. Hamilton Education Centre
100 Main Street West, Hamilton Ontario
Lower Level
Parking and Entrance at Side of Building Facing King. Enter off Bay Street

Schedule:
Registration 10:15 am to 10:45 am
Round 1 11:00 am
Round 2 12:15 am
Lunch 1:15 pm to 2:15 pm
Round 3 2:15 pm
Round 4 3:30 pm
Round 5 4:45 pm

Game Rules:
This event is governed by CFC and HCCC rules as our TD interprets them
Games begin at 11:00 am or as soon as pairings are announced
Time Controls will be 30 minutes per player

Entry Fee and Prizes:
Entry: $30 at the door or 25$ for those who pre register
To get the $5 discount please email us with your CFC info by Dec 12
Players over 2300 play for 20 dollars if they contact us by Dec 1 and commit to playing

Our club will guarantee first place a minimum of $100

Additional prize money and category prizes will be based on entries
