All others seem to be "normal" expiry dates (from 1975 on). GMs and IMs (do they all get honorary memberships?) and regular Life members seem to be in both of the 12/2099 groups.
Can someone PLEASE give me a complete explanation of what these various expiry dates represent? And why are any non-life Quebec members included with valid expiry dates (such as #155300 Shawn Rodrigue-Lemieux)? Wouldn't they all be FQE members only? Is it something to do with FIDE-rated events?
There are several players labelled as "QC" who are clearly from other provinces (169820 to 169823).
I would ssy your stats should either exclude all Quebec players, or add in the number of FQE members from Quebec - since FQE members have the right to play in any CFC-rated event since the FQE-CFC agreement. There are 1195 FQE (non-honorary) members - about a dozen or so are from outside Quebec.
