World Youth U-14, 16, 18 Chess Championship 2017 Montevideo, Uruguay 16-Sep- 26-Sep

Next year WYCC ( U-14, U-16 and U-18 ) will be held at Montevideo, Uruguay

To qualify for WYCC, you have to play at the CYCC ( link below ) and qualify as the official player. The champion of every section will be selected as the official player. The official player will be provided food and hotel by the tournament organizer and air ticket subsidized by CFC.

The dateline to submit to the WYCC organizer is July 16, 2017

The time between CYCC and WYCC is very near so we hope you will write to us as soon as you can. If any parents wish to be the Head of Delegation, please write in to us as well

She is Christina Tao, a very experience HOD and very helpful lady to all.

NM Liam Henry and IM Kaiqi Yang have been selected by the CFC as the coaches for Team Canada to Uruguay.

Kaiqi Yang is the main coach for the team and Liam Henry will be the reserve coach.

If there are more than 6 players , we will have two coaches. Otherwise, we will only be sending Kaiqi Yang.

Congrats and hope both of you will be able to make a great impact to Team Canada.
