8A. CALL FOR NOMINATIONS - CFC Director at Large (formerly "Past President")

I have been directed to re-open nominations for the Director at Large position - this is the position formerly known as "Past President" which we are required to elect rather than appoint under the new NFP Act.

NOMINATIONS WILL CLOSE 1800 ET Thursday August 13 (Day 5)

I nominate Mark Dutton for the Director at Large position.
