inaugural CFLL = Canadian Forfeit Losers List (October 2019)

Hello fellow Organizers (only):

With the help of a couple of other chess admin types, I have officially built the inaugural CFLL.

It tracks CFC# and last known forfeit loss. No Organizer measure(s) are expressed nor implied.

Organizers (only) may contribute to this list by emailing me relevant details of the incident(s).

Organizers (only) may request latest list from me by email, to be used only by same Organizer.

The CFLL will never be public.
