You can contact me if you are interested in organizing the 2017 event. Although non-zonal, titles norms can be earned without inviting foreign players which is a great opportunity. The minimum number of rounds for norms is 9.
The 2017 event is the more pressing need, but more then one bid can be accepted for the Zonal.
