I just sent you an e-mail. Feel free to disregard the enquiry regarding the TDOCP. My suggestions for additional members would be: Patrick McDonald, Hal Bond, and Mark Dutton.
Further additions might include: Lynn Stringer, David Lavin (this is basically a given, if he has the time), Ellen Nadeau, Denis Nadeau, Lyle Craver, David Cohen, and Larry Bevand.
Other names to consider: Cecil Rosner (IO since 2006), Stephen Wright (as you had mentioned, got his FA before you, despite submitting at roughly the same time), Pierre Denommee (if desperate), Yves Casaubon, Jonathan Berry, Mark Barnes, and Serge Archambault.
I believe this covers most of the relevant IAs, FAs, IOs, and IA/FA/IO's-to-be.
