This is not really a separate thread, just for information. At 9:00 AM EDT on Tuesday, April 13 ( the second last day of the meeting ), or so soon thereafter as he can, Eric will summarize the various agenda items – the idea here is that he will determine how the thread went, do a short summary of the issue and what was discussed, and then post where he sees the issue going in future. By then all discussion of item threads should be concluded. These summaries will likely form a good part of the eventual minutes of the meeting. Governors will then be able to respond on Tuesday and Wednesday to what Eric has said, and give their input.
