When I googled "how to raise your iq", Google's stock (first) answer was:

"Here are five ways, but it really all boils down to stretching your brain by learning new things:

1.Become a renaissance man. Or woman. ...
2.Play the brain game Dual N-Back. Do this 20 minutes a day. ...
3.Do regular high cardio exercise. ...
4.Learn an instrument. ...
5.Buy the book Boost Your IQ by Carolyn Skitt, and play all the games.

You forgot, "Play chess."

True, Google's answer didn't specify that one; Google's stock answer to your suggestion is:

"It can raise your IQ
At least one study has shown that moving those knights and rooks around can in fact raise a person's intelligence quotient. A study of 4,000 Venezuelan students produced significant rises in the IQ scores of both boys and girls after 4 months of chess instruction. May 26, 2017"

newsweek.com/Suspect in McDonald's Fries Shooting Confesses to Unsolved Murder: Police [there's something spiritually wrong in US with so many shootings; if people don't go to church more and continue to believe exclusively in science then I'd say why not have psychiatric exams every year for everyone, or at least any mental history knowable for gun purchases - maybe barring a purchase for those with an IQ below a certain level, also (could be good restrictions for voting rights/political candidacy possibly as well - can't be worse than, at worst, what e.g. gerrymandering does in US)]:
