This post is to announce the 2009 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Eastern Ontario Chess Association (EOCA).

It will be held on Tuesday, May 12th, 2009, in the Ottawa area.

The exact location is still being finalized, and the tentative times will be from 730pm to 9pm.
