From the webzine:

$24 -Junior Membership - British Columbia

A person can become a Junior member if they are under the age of 18. Junior members receive Chess Canada Échecs, can play in CFC rated events and receive members’ prices on books and equipment as long as their membership is valid. All junior members must provide a date of birth with their membership.

$15 Junior Participating Membership - British Columbia

A person can become a Junior Participating member if they are under the age of 18. Junior Participating members do not receive Chess Canada Échecs, but can play in CFC rated events and receive members’ prices on books and equipment as long as their membership is valid. All junior members must provide a date of birth with their membership.

Looks like the only difference is the Chess Canada Échecs, so maybe is time to eliminate the first one.

Is there a way to talk to someone to pay for the membership?

Andrei just because it says you are a junior member on the board doesn't mean you get to pay jr prices! :p
